  • Be graduating from a high school in any of these areas: Alamance, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Caldwell, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Iredell, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan County/Salisbury, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, & Yadkin
  • Be attending any two or four-year college, technical college, or university
  • Be in good academic standing and show proof of community service and leadership while in high school
