  • Undocumented or DACA-recipient Latinx students pursuing higher education at a Western North Carolina college or university.
  • Student does not qualify for Pell Grants due to immigration status
  • Student does not qualify for in-state tuition or is attending a private college or university that does not use in-state/out-of-state tuition rates
