  • New program established by the North Carolina General Assembly in July 2017
  • Forgivable loan to be used for tuition fees and the cost of books leading to teacher licensure
  • Must be committed to teaching special education or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field in an NC public school
