  • Must be a current high school senior who attends school and lives in the following counties:
    • North Carolina: Mecklenburg, Gaston, Catawba, Union, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Lincoln, Rowan, Caldwell, Stanly, Iredell, Alexander, Burke, Robeson, Scotland, Richmond, Anson and Cumberland.
    • South Carolina: York, Chester, Cherokee, Lancaster, and Chesterfield.
  • High school seniors accepted for full-time enrollment or planning to pursue a degree at an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
