- The person paying the bills to the college (the
"Payer") must complete the enrollment form. (The Payer
may be the same or different than the student, but must be
at least 18 years of age.)
- Prior to completing the form online, the Payer must set
up his or her CFNC user account and log into the site; information
from this account pre-fills most of the enrollment request.
- Online enrollment requires:
- a Social Security Number for secure identification
of the Payer and the student (if different from the Payer).
- a U.S. address.
