CFNC resource specialists are available to assist you in
a number of ways. They can be reached toll-free by calling
866-866-CFNC or by email. Some of the types of questions you
might want to ask a CFNC resource specialist are:
- How do I register for a CFNC counselor workshop this
fall?
- How does the financial aid process work?
- Where can I get a copy of the latest minimum course
requirements for admission to University of North Carolina
(UNC) campuses?
- What scholarships and grants are available for my
students?
- I have a career day next month. What CFNC publications
would be appropriate for my eighth graders?
- What loan options are available for college?
- Would you send me some financial aid information for
the financial workshop I am planning for parents?
- Which community colleges offer a nursing program?
- Would you send me some CFNC posters and mousepads for
my school?
- Would you describe the 529
program that North Carolina offers to help families save for
college?
- How do we set up a CFNC Essentials Training in our
local school district?
Because CFNC is North Carolina's official source for
college planning information, we are focused on North Carolina
resources that help meet your needs.
In addition to the resource specialists available to you
by phone, regional representatives are located across the state
to inform the public about the services of CFNC. These
representatives will be glad to schedule a presentation or an
exhibit at your school (from elementary programs to the college
level), PTA meetings, youth group event, professional
organization, place of business, church or for other community
events. Click here to
find the representative serving your area.
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
