| Description |
A college scholarship of $1,000 is available to a high school senior diagnosed with hemophilia or Von Willebrands disease, who has aspirations of attending an institute of higher education (college, university or vocational-technical school) or a college student already pursuing a post secondary education.

Applicant must meet the following eligibility requirements- Must be an individual diagnosed with hemophilia or Von Willebrands disease
- Must be a high school senior, with aspirations of attending an institute of higher education (college, university or vocational-technical school) or a college student already pursuing a post secondary education.

One (1) college scholarship of $1,000 is available to a young person with hemophilia or Von Willebrands disease.

| Application Procedure |
